Refund policy

DELIVERY/RETURN TERMS

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will need to cover the cost of shipping the return to us. Once we have received the product back & we have inspected it for damage, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.  We will then process your refund, minus our original shipping costs.

If your parcel gets returned to us due to nobody being home / you not arranging a pick up or redelivery, or incorrect address you will be refunded for the items, minus a £10 charge for returned parcels & your postage.
